## New features

- **Breaking:** the Morpho API and market-summary helpers moved from the CLI package into the main SDK; code importing the old location must update. (v3.13.0)
- Off-chain positions (External State): the events a vault emits are decoded. (v3.11.1)
- `fusion vault validate` checks a vault’s configuration; the same check is a public SDK function. (v3.12.0)

## Bug fixes

- Prices from the older version of the price oracle are decoded correctly. (v3.11.1)

## Security improvements

- The External State event decoder accepts raw node and indexer output alike and rejects malformed values instead of coercing them. (v3.11.2)
