## New features

- **Breaking:** Python 3.10 is no longer supported; use Python 3.11 or newer. Installs on 3.10 resolve to the last release that supports it.
- Off-chain positions (External State): build the action that creates a vault’s executor, read the balances it reports and when each account was last updated, and keep its permissions in sync.
- New example: a margin position held off-chain and valued in a vault on Base.

## Security improvements

- Looking up a balance proposal is tied to one chain and its hash is verified, and marking a vault’s value from off-chain balances is hardened.
