## New features

- Emergency pause: `PlasmaVaultPauser` `0x83CE5F6a63853091c7319B40d2EaF23452410C9E` lets an account that the pauser’s owner whitelists for a vault pause that vault in one transaction. Each whitelist entry works once, and the pauser can never reopen a vault: a Guardian reopens it on the vault’s access manager.
- Rewards in one transaction: `RewardsRouterFactory` `0x8E238D88FF9072567BdD5BfF033D9C6fF10753e2` deploys a router per vault, so the vault’s Alpha can claim, swap and vest rewards in a single transaction instead of several. A router does nothing until the vault’s Atomist grants it the rewards roles.

## Deployments

- Fusion Factory v9 on Arbitrum. The factory proxy stays at `0x134fCAce7a2C7Ef3dF2479B62f03ddabAEa922d5`; its implementation is now `IporFusionFactoryImpl` `0x49Ea203744642a653682A12B5cF710B19694C37D`. Vaults created from now on use `PlasmaVaultBase` `0x7205F22c6e3d037298A14F76E1a2e8754D2f96EB` and `IporFusionAccessManagerBase` `0xF3305c6ad1430660796De61680D39DF95a8e16c4`.
