## New features

- Emergency pause: `PlasmaVaultPauser` `0x2fAa9C0e2fcCc7E3b384ccAEE1A249360AabA963` lets an account that the pauser’s owner whitelists for a vault pause that vault in one transaction. Each whitelist entry works once, and the pauser can never reopen a vault: a Guardian reopens it on the vault’s access manager.
- Rewards in one transaction: `RewardsRouterFactory` `0xac1784daFC1321F638Ed9f6c0B18fAa9FD73BbbE` deploys a router per vault, so the vault’s Alpha can claim, swap and vest rewards in a single transaction instead of several. A router does nothing until the vault’s Atomist grants it the rewards roles.

## Deployments

- Fusion Factory v9 on HyperEVM. The factory proxy stays at `0x6bBc827F34b4e862d15215ABd4AC0E3886181665`; its implementation is now `IporFusionFactoryImpl` `0x2413840B302C04c9cD2CF652Fd6D46C9313ee81d`. Vaults created from now on use `PlasmaVaultBase` `0x6d7C6317f4bFEBc486072626bead3F0D1b42C33A` and `IporFusionAccessManagerBase` `0x542f5adDF2d5f7892CA75CE3F9a62A2c2fE4A48c`.
