## New features

- Emergency pause: `PlasmaVaultPauser` `0x4e0459B6d418b941B07a3ecEAB5AcB88e3302C70` lets an account that the pauser’s owner whitelists for a vault pause that vault in one transaction. Each whitelist entry works once, and the pauser can never reopen a vault: a Guardian reopens it on the vault’s access manager.
- Rewards in one transaction: `RewardsRouterFactory` `0xcb6DcFCaA01Bc685139508AFE1d815322dB1a464` deploys a router per vault, so the vault’s Alpha can claim, swap and vest rewards in a single transaction instead of several. A router does nothing until the vault’s Atomist grants it the rewards roles.

## Deployments

- Fusion Factory v9 on Ethereum. The factory proxy stays at `0xcd05909C4A1F8E501e4ED554cEF4Ed5E48D9b852`; its implementation is now `IporFusionFactoryImpl` `0x14d120C365Debd920eaDf0a7AC31e659Bc58217b`. Vaults created from now on use `PlasmaVaultBase` `0x233074f62D8294F79f0a4DF4B2EA4011a1a18C7b` and `IporFusionAccessManagerBase` `0x5d229e869fe91DBDE730EEc3990e5D9Ba80a2E7b`.
