## New features

- Redemption delay exemptions: in vaults created from Fusion Factory v10, an account with the owner role can exempt chosen accounts from the vault’s redemption delay with `setRedemptionDelayExemption(accounts, exempt)` on the vault. An exempt account withdraws, redeems and transfers shares as if the delay were 0. The vault’s access manager lists the exempt accounts (`getRedemptionDelayExemptions`). Exempt only specific, trusted addresses: exempting a shared contract such as a wrapper, router or zap exempts all of its users.
- Vaults on Ethereum can use the Compound V3 Institutional USDC market (Comet `0x207158a267CBD2598BB3d611D8CBdEE2709F2F8C`, market 57): supply, borrow, value the position through the vault’s price oracle and claim rewards. It is a separate Comet from the Compound V3 USDC market, with its own fuses.
- A pause of lenders’ withdrawals on this market does not stop borrowing.
- Rewards come from the market’s own CometRewards `0x561e8E1E7EB56f558922C198A3C228545093f32d`. At deployment no reward token was configured for the market, and a claim reverts until Compound sets one.

Vaults created from now on use `PlasmaVaultBase` `0xAC9850758243a57F90B3E0f1b38B8E87CAa25B34` and `IporFusionAccessManagerBase` `0xbCc0E585006a6A38a4c81947A06490Fe488e983d`.
